The kind folks at Metropolis Coffee were nice enough to open up their roasting garage to us on a cold Chicago winters day to let us eat drink and be merry. They are a fantastic bunch of people, who run a fantastic company that imports coffee from all around the world, and roasts them in this location in small batches.
