Klas Restaurant opened in 1922 in beautiful Cicero, IL, an close industrial suburb to the city of Chicago. It is the self proclaimed largest Czech restaurant in the United States, and it is something to see. You can see the main Crystal Room in the videos below, but the building is a maze of awesome as you can wander through the Fountain Room, the Moravian Room, the Dr. Zhivago room, an incredible patio and much more. Each room is intricately detailed with wood carvings and paintings. It feels like you are in the middle of Bohemia. The three day PRF Auktoberfest 2011 was held Thursday, September 29th at Quenchers Saloon, in Chicago, IL and at the largest Czech restaurant in the United States, Klas Restaurant, in lovely Cicero, IL. 23 bands performed 145 songs running in a little over 10 hours of music.
